Okay, so how awesome is it to be back in Portland, where on nearly any given summer day I can wear light layers and long black cotton skirt OR short shorts if I so desired? Though I enjoyed my beautiful affair in NYC last week, it sure is good to be home where the cool breeze allows me to wear basically whatever I want. It was fun wearing this teeny lace top with this very modest skirt, because I felt so long and chic but flirty when my cardigan came off.
I ran errands a lot this week and this day I also stopped by J&M in SE Portland for a rehearsal slash luncheon with my scene partner for this weekend's acting workshop. (Wow- say that ten times fast!) Anyhow, this was an easy outfit for traveling, walking around and lunch. I throw my hair up a lot these days and that messy top bun is kind of my go-to. I threw on a dash of red lips because I wasn't wearing eye makeup and I feel like it brings a pop of summer to the whole look.
Lace top: Hanky Panky, Cardigan: Zara, Skirt: Isaac Hers, Cross Necklace: Brandy Melville, Long Necklace: Junghwa, Horn Ring: House of Harlow, Bracelets and Stone ring: Nordstrom
